I’m Raluca. I advise leaders and organizations navigating complex change and help turn transformation into strategic opportunity, without the usual institutional growing pains.

Educated in Romania and the United States, I bring together global perspectives and hands-on experience across public institutions, corporate environments and non-profit organizations. I am a certified practitioner in Change Management and Executive Coaching.

For 14 years I served as Head of Communications at the British Embassy in Romania, working closely with ambassadors and UK government ministers. The role gave me first-hand insight into how organizations navigate political pressure, public scrutiny, and constant change.
